We perform rigorous strength calculation for chemical plant equipment — including pressure vessel, heat exchanger, reactor, storage tank, tower, and FRP component — in full compliance with applicable codes such as ASME, JIS, KS, MOTIE Notice, and KGS AC111. Our calculation tools include the MECAL V2.0, COMPRESS, PV ELITE, and CAESAR II.
For cases not covered by existing programs, we develop custom calculation tools in-house to ensure strength calculation requirements are met under any condition.

THERMAL RATING

We utilize the Heat Transfer Research, Inc. (HTRI) program for thermal efficiency evaluation and heat exchanger sizing to deliver optimized design.
Building on the thermal calculation output, we provide an integrated workflow — from mechanical calculation through to basic and detailed drawing — ensuring a seamless transition into the fabrication phase.
