Pressure Vessel

PRODUCT

Pressure Vessel

vessel that contains gas or liquid at a pressure exceeding atmospheric pressure

Reactor 2

Reactor

A reactor is a general term for vessel in which chemical reaction takes place.
Various agitation and stirring mechanism are available to maximize reaction efficiency

Temperature is controlled via jacket and inner coil depending on reaction condition,
while leakage is prevented through Mechanical Seal (high pressure) and Gland Packing (low pressure).

Reaction efficiency can be further enhanced through selection of the appropriate Impeller type (Paddle, Turbine, or Anchor),
and versatility is achieved by adjusting the speed reducer R.P.M to suit the application.

Type of Reactor
  • Batch type

  • Continuous type

  • Semi-batch type

Drum
Drum

Drum

The most common form, consisting of a shell with upper and lower head.
It is equipment used for storage, separation, transfer, and mixing of fluid required in chemical process.
Available in Vertical or Horizontal type.

Storage Tank1

Storage Tank

A large-capacity vessel designed to store raw material, intermediate product, finished product, or auxiliary material in powder or liquid form, supplied or generated at various stage of the process.

Type of Storage Tank
  • Storage Tank and Ball Tank — Storage facility for storing crude oil

  • Silo — Storage facility for storing powder type material according to production volume

Tower & Column 1
Tower & Column 2

Tower & Column

Utilizing the difference in vapor pressure of each component in a liquid mixture, it includes distillation column that separates high-boiling point component and low-boiling point component, packing material and tray tower.

Type of Tower & Column
  • Atmospheric Distillation Column

  • Vacuum Distillation Column

  • Stripper

  • Adsorption Tower

  • Absorption Tower

Heat Exchanger 1
Heat Exchanger 2
열교환기3

Heat Exchanger

Equipment in which two fluid of different temperature flow on either side of a solid wall, exchanging thermal energy between the two fluid.

Type of Heat Exchanger
Classification by heat exchange method
  • Cooler

  • Heater

  • Condenser

  • Evaporator

Classification by heat exchanger type
  • shell & tube type

  • Double pipe

  • Block type

  • Plate type

  • Spiral type

Bioreactor 1
Bioreactor 2

Bioreactor

A pressure vessel that precisely controls temperature, pressure, pH, and oxygen supply to enable optimal biological reactions of microorganism and cell culture.

Aseptic maintenance — the complete prevention of external contamination — is the core requirement, and this is a pressure vessel that demands advanced design and fabrication technology for efficient heat transfer and mixing.

Type of Bioreactor
Classification by Application
  • Fermenter

  • Cell Culture Bioreactor

Classification by Shape and Operating Mechanism
  • Stirred Tank type

  • Airlift type

  • Bubble Column type
